BER Certificate and report
Written evidence of PPS Numbers.
Copy utility bill not more than 3 months old to show proof of address.
ID such as drivers licence/passport.
Certificates of discharge/exemption NPPR charge as appropriate.
Screenshot/Printout for LPT showing nil balance and incorporating confirmation household charge paid.
If Married – a copy marriage certificate.
If Separated/Divorced a copy of the Deed/Order will be required.
Details of any mortgage over the property to be sold and a current redemption figure.
