To facilitate the sale of property we would advise you when scheduling an appointment to attend the office and to have a :-
  • BER Certificate and report
  • Written evidence of PPS Numbers.
  • Copy utility bill not more than 3 months old to show proof of address.
  • ID such as drivers licence/passport.
  • Certificates of discharge/exemption NPPR charge as appropriate.
  • Screenshot/Printout for LPT showing nil balance and incorporating confirmation household charge paid.
  • If Married – a copy marriage certificate.
  • If Separated/Divorced a copy of the Deed/Order will be required.
  • Details of any mortgage over the property to be sold and a current redemption figure.
