Marcella Sheehy (LLB Hons) was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003 and has worked in Tipperary since qualifying.
Marcella has over 20 years experience as a solicitor in Tipperary representing clients in all areas of the law. Marcella is a member of the Home Mortgage Arrears Panel and is a Duty Solicitor that attends the Circuit Court. She is a current member of the Irish Mental Health Lawyers Association. Marcella has been a Committee Member of the Tipperary Solicitors Bar Association for many years and was elected as Honorary Secretary in 2012, a position she currently holds. |

This diploma enhanced Marcella’s knowledge of the day to day functioning of the judiciary, the approaches of judges to decision making , case management and court room management skills.
